YΞS TECHNO – Terms & Conditions

01. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants attending the YΞS TECHNO event (the "Event"), organized by YΞS TECHNO (the "Organizer").

By booking and/or attending the Event, participants agree to these Terms.

02. Event Details

• Event Name: YΞS TECHNO
• Type: Sport & fitness event
• Schedule: 19:30 (7:30 PM) – 00:00 (Midnight)
• Location: L'Industrie - Swisswash

03. Reservation & Entry

• Entry is strictly by reservation only.
• No walk-ins will be accepted.
• Participants must present proof of booking upon arrival.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the reservation cannot be verified.

04. Nature of the Event

• YΞS TECHNO is a sport-focused event combining physical activity and music.
• No alcohol is served or permitted at the Event.
• Participants are expected to engage in physical activity responsibly and according to their own fitness level.

05. Mandatory Equipment & Personal Preparation

Participants must comply with the following requirements:

• Towel is mandatory
• Bring a full change of clothes
• Bring personal hygiene items if needed
• Appropriate sportswear and footwear are required

Failure to comply may result in refusal of participation without refund.

06. Facilities

• Changing area / cloakroom available
• Cold showers available on-site
• Personal belongings remain under the responsibility of participants

07. Health & Responsibility

• Participants confirm they are physically fit to take part in a sports event.
• Participation is at the individual's own risk.
• The Organizer is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation.
• The Organizer is not responsible for physical conditions aggravated during the Event.

Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a medical professional if in doubt.

08. Insurance

• Participants must have their own personal insurance coverage (accident, health, liability).
• The Organizer does not provide insurance for participants.

09. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Respect others and staff
• Follow instructions from organizers and coaches
• Use equipment and space responsibly

The following will not be tolerated:

• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
• Disruption of the session

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant without refund.

10. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• The Organizer declines liability for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• The Organizer declines liability for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

11. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the Event.
• By attending, participants agree that their image may be used for promotional purposes.

12. Event Changes

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, or instructors if necessary.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances.

13. Final Provisions

• Swiss law applies.
• Place of jurisdiction: Geneva, Switzerland.
